Mill Houses New Elegant Suites - Fira (Santorini)

The location was stunning with fantastic caldera views from the room. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The many stairs could be challenging, especially with luggage, and breakfast lacked heartiness despite being served with a beautiful view.

When I am in Fira, I like staying here. The breakfast is hot with the best view in the world, had nice food. It offers amazing service. Also, free Wi-Fi works throughout the property...

Wonderful little and gorgeous hotel with exceptional view over the sea above the pool.

This place was an absolute disgrace. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and when I asked for some sort of compensation or upgrade, they just shrugged. Privacy? Dont even get me started-the kitchen staff had a front-row seat to my chaos. I almost considered giving a good review, but couldn't with all these issues piled up.

Yannis was a wonderful host for our stay. He provided us with our choice of room after greeting us with champagne. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the cave bathroom. There were several honeymooners we made friends with who were staying close to our room which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fantastic and the view was amazing. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all of our friends.

We loved the view, it was amazing. The people that worked at the cafe were exceptionally nice. Rooms were so clean! It was nice to have access to the internet.

fine views and quick access to local spots

I loved the amazing views from the room and the quick walk to local favorites like Why Not Souvlaki and To Briki, both just a few steps away. It really elevated my city exploration experience.

The room was extremely comfortable and very well-designed. The view from our room, even our bathroom, was amazing. We had a semi-private veranda and spent most of our time admiring our view from the veranda. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. The location was perfect.

There was not one single thing that I didn't like about this hotel...I would recommend it to anyone and I would stay there again.

Our room, which was upstairs, just under the Mylos cafe, was perfect: colours (mainly white with some light grey), furniture, decorations, somehow "Scandinavian"

If you have problems with your knees, then part of the rooms are too far down

Fine views with a twist

We awoke to breakfast delivered right to our terrace, gracing us with serene morning moments while soaking in the caldera views.

The multitude of steps to access our room was quite exhausting, especially after a long day of exploring. Navigation could be a bit tricky at times.

Before I arrived in Santorini, I was pickpocketed and the hotel staff went out of their way to assist me to ensure that the rest of my holiday was pleasant.

The hotel helped in making our stay in Santorini all the more perfect. The owner (?) picked us up at the airport - even without an advice of our arrival. There was welcome champagne. The staff were always available to assist us - they helped us book our rental convertible-cabriolet and our tours. Breakfast was always room service. And the cherry - they gave us a room with a balcony and an uninterrupted view of the volcano of Santorini. Perfect!

Our stay in Mill House was too short.
